I have a problem with this years draft: it stops after the first pick. Yes, quality players are there, and some might even turn out to be great players, but none are too interesting compared to previous years.
Take last year: could Stephen Curry live up to his big March Madness name? Would Ricky Rubio come to America? How would Brandon Jennings fare after skipping college and playing in Europe? Several interesting questions were being asked. 2008 was the year of the one and done's with Derrick Rose, Michael Beasley, and OJ Mayo going 123. 2007 we were asking who would be the number 1 pick, Greg Oden or Kevin Durant?
But nothing stands out this year. Biggest question is will the Sixers take Evan Turner or Derrick Favors. Or maybe what white player the Pacers will take (Gordon Heyward, Cole Aldrich?). So maybe the rookie class won't be as heralded as previous, but teams can still build.

The NBA Draft Lottery made Twitter lit up with basketball tweets. Among the list is "Wizards get" and "1st pick". Of course the "Nets Owner" Mikhail "Prokhorov" and his accent stole the show with his disappointment with the third pick.
Even "Kwame Brown" (?!?!) made the worldwide Trending Topics lists, since he was the last Washingon Number 1 pick.

The Wizards shocked the world, and beat the odds. Washington, who had 7.6% of getting the top pick, lower than 4 other teams, have the right to take their pick of John Wall or Evan Turner. The Philadelphia 76ers had a similar miracle, overcoming a 7.5% chance to get the number two pick. The true story is that of the New Jersey Nets. Dreams of a LeBron John Wall duo are no more. Their 25% chance of the top pick, the most in the lottery, wasn't enough to even secure a top 2 pick.

Results:
1) Washington Wizards
2) Philadelphia 76ers
3) New Jersey Nets
4) Minnesota T-Wolves
5) Sacramento Kings
6) Golden State Warriors
7) Detroit Pistons
8) LA Clippers
9) Utah Jazz
10) Indiana Pacers
11) New Orleans Hornets
12) Memphis Grizzlies
13) Toronto Raptors
14) Houston Rockets

2010 Draft Lottery is tonight. Here's what you need to know:

Everyone is in it to draft Kentucky one-and-done John Wall, with Ohio State's Evan Turner being the consolation prize. Both are extremely talented, but any team who drafts Wall is automatically better, and could be looking at a increase in sales and attendance. Yeah, he's that good. But also up for grabs is Wall's teamate DeMarcus Cousins and his 15 point 10 rebound stat line, Kansas' Xavier Henry, and Derrick Favors from Georgia Tech.
The New Jersey Nets (12-70) have the best shot at getting the number 1 pick with 250 chances, and in doing so, start off their bid to woo King James. The T-Wolves (15-67) get the next best chance to add yet another point guard with 199 chances. The Kings (25-57), who made it big with last years pick, Tyreke Evans, get another opportunity to add a Robin, or even another Batman to the great Evans with 156 odds.
Golden State (104), Washington (103), Philadelphia (53), and Detroit (53) round out the probables to get the first pick.

The complete list is as follows:
New Jersey                                         12-70       250
